How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

You may be able to change or cancel your order depending on the current order status.
Can I Change My Order?
You may request changes to:
- Shipping address
- Product color
- Size
- Quantity
- Product variation
- Recipient information
Whether changes are possible depends on whether the seller has started processing or shipped the order.
Change Order Before Payment
Unpaid Orders
If your order has not been paid, you can usually edit order details directly.
Steps:
- Go to My Orders
- Select the unpaid order
- Click Edit Order (if available)
- Update your order details
- Continue checkout
You may change:
- Shipping address
- Product options (size/color)
- Quantity
- Delivery preferences
Change Order After Payment
Paid but Not Yet Shipped
If payment is complete but the order has not shipped, contact the seller immediately.
Steps:
- Go to My Orders
- Select View Details
- Click Contact Seller
- Request the desired change
Examples:
- Change color or size
- Update shipping address
- Change recipient information
Please note:

Sellers may already be preparing shipment.
Change Order After Shipment
Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, changes are generally not possible.
This includes:

❌ Product changes
❌ Quantity updates
You may contact the shipping carrier if delivery support options are available.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Cancellation depends on order status.
Cancel an Unpaid Order
Unpaid orders can usually be cancelled immediately.
Steps:
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order
- Click Cancel Order
- Choose a cancellation reason
No refund is needed because payment has not been completed.
Cancel a Paid Order (Before Shipment)
If the order has not shipped:
Steps:
- Open My Orders
- Select View Details
- Click Cancel Order
- Submit cancellation request
The seller may approve or reject the request depending on processing status.
Common Cancellation Reasons
- Ordered by mistake
- Wrong size or color selected
- Shipping time too long
- Found a better option
- No longer needed
If approved, the refund will usually begin automatically.
Cancel After Shipment
Already Shipped Orders
Orders that have already shipped usually cannot be cancelled.
In this situation, you may:
- Wait for delivery
- Request a return after receiving the item
- Open a dispute if eligible
Return eligibility depends on the seller policy and Buyer Protection.
Why Can't I Cancel My Order?
You may not be able to cancel if:
- The order has already shipped
- Seller processing is complete
- The order is under dispute review
- Delivery is already in progress
Please check your order status for available options.
What Happens After Cancellation?
If cancellation is approved:

- Earlier cancellation requests are more likely to succeed
- Orders shipped by the seller usually cannot be cancelled
